This event will be hosted in collaboration with YouthfulCities.

Youth are an important and often untapped resource when it comes to Urban Development. We are at the centre of urbanization and the issues facing our City would be better addressed in collaboration with us. We are curious, inventive, dynamic and we represent the future of our City.

On October 8, share your perspective on ideas that will help make Toronto and other Canadian Cities a better place to live, work, and play. We don’t need you to be an expert; we need you to come with your voice and youth driven knowledge to lend your perspective to some of the following opportunities for Change: Climate Change Action, Housing Affordability and Suburbanization, Power/Revenue, Potential of open Data, and Land and Civic Assets.

How it will work:

We will bring together youth and youth allies for 2 hours to share input and reflect on ideas. We will reflect on the characteristics of the type of Cities we want, offer guidance on framing the City Action Agenda, and provide input on next steps.

It is important that this action plan reflects your ideas and your perspective!
